When we work with owners, we’re always looking for ways to make a property stand out and give guests something they’ll remember after checkout. Sometimes that means adding amenities. Other times, it’s simply making the outdoor spaces more inviting and functional.
We recently worked with Top Notch Outdoor Services on some upgrades at Schon Farms, including a new gravel walkway, parking area, and stone firepit.
The firepit in particular adds another experience to the property—not just another amenity on the listing. It gives guests a place to slow down, spend time together, and enjoy the property beyond the four walls of the house.
We love working with great local contractors and helping our owners think through improvements that make sense for their property, their guests, and their investment.
