Big investment, bigger vision. 🏗️

Construction is well underway at 525 North Tryon, our 19-story landmark office tower in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. We're modernizing the lobby and shared common areas, adding an on-site coffee shop, and building out a brand-new tenant lounge with a rooftop patio on the 11th floor — all part of a broader reinvestment in this iconic address.

With updates projected to be complete by the end of the year, we couldn't be more excited about what's ahead for this building and the tenants who call it home.
