Hello to all my friends,family, co-workers and clients.
I hope and pray you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. Just wanted to give an update on my current situation as far as being a Realtor is concerned. Real estate has been deemed an essential business, the Safer at Home Order states “Housing and rental services may continue, but agents should practice social distancing, hold no open houses, or gather in groups larger than 10.” With that being said, I am absolutely still here to help with all of your needs. There are adjustments that can be made to make this situation safe for us both, such as:
Showings, listing appointments, buyer appointments or any other meetings via FaceTime or Zoom
Staying distant from each other if you choose to do in person showings
While showing properties I have a "stay safe" tool box of gloves, disinfecting wipes, Lysol and I even have toilet paper =)
