Well, technically, I never tell my clients not to buy a home.
My job is to give them the information they need to make that decision for themselves.
Sometimes that means pointing out deferred maintenance and costly repairs. Sometimes it means bringing in contractors to understand what it will take to update the home. Sometimes it means having an honest conversation about whether they’re going to outgrow the property in a year or two.
Real estate should be viewed as a long-term investment—not just the excitement of finding a house you love.
My clients deserve someone who will look past the emotion of the moment and help them see the full picture.
It’s not just a transaction. It’s a relationship.
And being trusted with one of the biggest investments most people will ever make is a responsibility I don’t take lightly.
