Why Real Estate? Growing up, I lived in 22 homes in 20 years. That’s a lot of architecture, neighborhoods and being the new kid. I’ve lived in almost every kind of home imaginable. You can be assured, I take helping you on your house hunting journey very seriously. Before I can help you find your dream house, I have to know what your dreams are. We will talk about your likes and dislikes and your
lifestyle. Do you host the holidays? Do you entertain? What things bring you joy in a home? Where is your favorite vacation spot? What do you do for fun? What are your must haves? With the answers to these questions (and more) I try to bring the desires of your life into your home. I grew up helping people! The first thing i ever sold was wrapping paper for school. Selling furniture was my first job and I stayed in the industry for ten years; eventually managing 11 locations. One of the things I loved about being in the furniture business was asking people about how this piece of furniture would enhance their lives. Getting to know how my customer was going to use a particular piece allowed me to guide them in making just the right choice. More than about making a sale, I wanted to help them create the environment for the life they wanted and the life they lived. I always loved helping people design their home. At 24,I was the youngest Planning Commissioner for the City of Brentwood. I was able to help design many of the homes and businesses in Brentwood. I’m very pleased as I travel the streets of Brentwood now to see that so much of what I helped design is now built. I understand how the housing developments are designed. It was a quite the experience. I learned how important the placement of roads and infrastructure are to a growing community. I’ve also helped people control their power usage with Solar panels for the home. I received my Real Estate License in 2001. I’ve earned my way to the President’s Club multiple times. Real Estate is my happy place. It allows me to help people move into homes. To realize their dream of a place to raise their family and build their futures. A home builds financial wealth and lasting memories. I enjoy being part of it! My husband Peter , our children Paul & Nia and I moved to beautiful Brentwood in January 1993. We were looking for a place to raise our growing family. Twenty-two years later I’m now the proud mother of Paul & Nia. We are huge sports fans! My kids participated in baseball, football, bowling, golf, volleyball, and basketball. They are both graduates of Sacramento State. As a full time Realtor my passion is helping my clients find more than just a house to live in...I help them truly come home.
