🏆 Community Bragging Rights Are on the Line!

With the survey window extended, our Army Tenant Satisfaction Survey will be closing this Friday, May 15th, and the communities are in a friendly competition to see who can achieve the highest response rate.

We entered the final week with 56.52% of our Cadence Community residents already providing their feedback.

Hunter Liggett continues to hold out in that #1 spot with 62.1% of their residents representing their community by completing the survey and Buchanan holds the #2 with 60.7%!

NSC and the Window Safety Task Force established Window Safety Week in 1997 to heighten awareness of the actions homeowners can take to establish window safety and fall prevention as a year-round safety priority.

Here at Cadence Communities, we know that fires and falls are among the leading causes of injury and death in young children. While some falls occur from windows, it is important to realize that in the event of a fire, a window can also save lives.

According to SafeKids.org, children are twice as likely to sustain a fall-related injury at home as at a childcare facility and window falls account for about eight deaths and 3,300 injuries among children 5 and younger each year.

We are currently 5 weeks into the survey window and we’ve had some excellent participation with 42.90% of our Cadence Communities residents providing their feedback.

Our residents at Hunter Liggett are leading the charge with 51.50% representing their community by completing the survey!

Did you know there is a whole week devoted to window safety awareness? Window Safety Week is observed April 5-11, 2026 and during this time, the National Safety Council (NSC) along with Cadence Communities, encourage residents and caregivers to think about ways to help keep families safer, whether it’s protecting children from falls or practicing an escape route. Check out the NSC Window Safety Brochure at the link below for details on how to keep your family safe. By all means, let the warm spring breezes in. Just don’t throw safety to the wind.
