😵 BIGGEST seller mistakes!

Pricing too high will automatically turn buyers off even before they view your home. The price you want and what the market will pay can be two very different things and pricing unrealistically can be detrimental to your home sale.

Poor listing prep can result in bad comments during showings, and less offers received. First impression is everything. If a buyer is walking into a home and it reeks of ci******es or pet smells or if they can see minor defects, the buyer is going to remember this and it will automatically put a bad taste in their mouth. You want the buyer walking in and seeing the good things about your home.

Choosing a Realtor wisely can make or break you! You want someone that is familiar with the area, the market, someone who has top-notch negotiation skills and who will implement only the best marketing to get your home sold. I know one who will go above and beyond….😉

I wish I had a dollar for every time someone (who doesn’t work in Real Estate) has told me that the market is going to crash. I’d be rich, honey 🤑

You may be on the fence about purchasing or selling a home due to the scare. But the best advice I can give all my clients is that if buying or selling makes sense for you personally and financially, it’s always a good time.

With the rate Nashville is growing the demand for housing is still high. Yes, interest rates are rising which limits buying power, but that’s where refinancing comes into play. You’re not necessarily married to the rates this year! You could easily end up paying more by next year as home prices keep rising.
