It would make more sense to eliminate property taxes after 10 years of ownership…. Or once mortgage has been paid in full (whichever happens last). This way, you don’t get “investors dodging taxes” by purchasing property with cash…. But you also reward seniors and residents who’ve lived in communities… and paid their fair share of taxes and financial contributions throughout the years.

This picture was 3 years ago. All 4 of us are still going strong (when 70% of agents drop out within 3 years). And I’m so proud to be part of this special ROG family.

Brian just completed a trip to the Philippines…. And I’m on a visit to Ecuador in South America.

Who would have guessed 3 years ago that the banner behind us would have such an impact on our lives and careers Realty ONE Group has been such a great adventure. I can’t wait to see what lies ahead. Love you guys!!
