I hear this often, but the fact is, if you’re able to buy a home, you should. It will not only save you money, but it will earn you money over time with equity. Yes, interest rates are higher now, but they will go down at some point, and you can refinance at that time. If you find a house you can afford to buy; I’d encourage you to do so.
