Are you a current or former building inspector? Do you have maintenance skills? Do you have experience working with rental properties? Are you organized?
Austin Realty, a local St. Louis property management company is looking for a Quality Control and Maintenance Technician to do minor repairs on rental properties, meet occupancy inspectors, do final checklists before marketing and final walkthroughs before move-in. This can be a part-time or full-time position depending on the candidates' skills and availability. This is also a W-2 position (employee). We are not looking for sub-contractors.
