We are incredibly excited to welcome Rebecca Welch as our new Vice President of Operations!

Rebecca brings more than 30 years of multifamily leadership experience to High 5 Residential, with a career spanning onsite operations, regional and executive leadership, and asset management. She has led portfolios of up to 9,500 apartment homes across multiple markets, developed high-performing regional teams, and partnered closely with ownership groups to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and portfolio growth.

Rebecca’s career reflects a deep understanding of the multifamily industry from every level. She spent 28 years with one organization, building her career from onsite operations to senior executive leadership as Senior Area Vice President, later served as Vice President of Operations, and most recently led asset management strategy for a 4,500-unit owner portfolio.

Her proven leadership, industry expertise, and passion for developing strong teams make Rebecca a valuable addition to High 5 Residential as we continue to grow and strengthen our organization.

This is an exciting new chapter for High 5, and we couldn’t be happier to have Rebecca helping lead the way.

Our maintenance team had a BLAST at the GNAA Maintenance Appreciation Day at Dave & Buster’s!

A huge thank you to GNAA for putting together such a fun event to celebrate the hardworking maintenance professionals who keep our communities running every day.

Her music made us smile, but it was her kindness, generosity, humor, and unmistakable Tennessee spirit that made her so deeply loved.

Budget Boot Camp made FUN!

Last Tuesday & Wednesday, we road-tripped to Muscle Shoals, Alabama, for two days of budgeting, brainstorming, and lots of laughs! We stayed in a gorgeous Airbnb, The Lake House, right on the Tennessee River, kicked things off with a fabulous dinner at Stanfield’s, and then got down to business the next morning working on our budgets and setting ourselves up for success.

A little work, a little play, and a whole lot of business! 😉
