Many Brentwood residents are still without power. The City of Brentwood is working hard with NES to get things restored. This is a good place to follow for updates with a lot of great info in the comments.
Middle Tennessee Electric (MTE) reports that the majority of its Brentwood customers have had power restored. Nashville Electric Service (NES) reports some Brentwood customers remain without power. Crews from both utilities are continuing restoration efforts and have added extra personnel to restore service as quickly as possible.
The City of Brentwood does not operate an electric utility and does not control the timing or process of power restoration. We remain in contact with both utility providers and will continue to share updates as they become available. Residents are encouraged to follow MTE and NES on social media (NES and the MTE) for the most current information.
Residents can also report outages and check restoration status using the utility outage maps:

• NES: https://www.nespower.com/outages/
For assistance, contact:

• Nashville Electric Service: 615-234-0000
NES and MTE maintain and repair the lines leading into a house. Homeowners are responsible for the equipment on the house. This includes the weatherhead, power mast, and meter base. If these are damaged, the homeowner needs to contact electrician for repairs before the utility can reconnect power
