Fifteen years ago, Flags of Valor STL began with Rick Randall, his wife, and his daughter. Today, it has become one of St. Louis' most inspiring traditions, bringing together volunteers, sponsors, and visitors to honor the lives lost on September 11, our first responders, and those who have served our country.

Rick spent more than 27 years with Pace Properties, and we're proud to see the impact of his vision continue to grow year after year.

Last Saturday, Pace + AY employees spent their morning on Art Hill helping install thousands of flags for Flags of Valor STL.

Employees, spouses, children, and family members worked side by side in the extreme heat to help create this powerful memorial honoring the lives lost on September 11, our first responders, and those who have served our country.

In this role, you will:
✅ Conduct regular property inspections and visitations with tenants
✅ Provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints
✅ Supervise contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs to property
✅ Update and maintain property condition reports with respect to roofs, HVAC units, parking lot, etc
✅ Obtain bids and manage capital improvement projects
