Our Learning Zone jobsites in Huntsville, AL and Nashville, TN continue to make steady progress. At Zierdt Road, framing is underway and site work is advancing. Promenade Road and Friendship Crossing have reached key milestones with transformers now in place, while development continues to move forward at Lenox Village in Nashville.

This week, our fearless COO Kim McAfee took the team through the twists, turns, algorithms, frustrations, and victories of solving the Rubik’s Cube. It was a fun challenge and a great reminder of one of CMK’s core values: Be Tenacious. Our latest Tractor Supply Co. development in Ham Lake, MN has been featured in the news as excitement builds for the new location expected to open by the end of 2026. We’re proud to continue bringing specialty retail projects to communities across the country and look forward to what’s ahead in Ham Lake!

These construction photos from 2020 take us back to the very beginning of our Woodforest Medical Plaza project journey. 🚧

What started as early site work, concrete structural panels and steel going up has since transformed into a completed medical office building serving the Montgomery, Texas community.

Today, this site is home to a range of healthcare tenants, including Memorial Hermann, USPI, Alliance MRI, Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, and more local practices.

It’s always rewarding to see the full cycle come to life and to reflect on the progress made along the way.

We’re back with another round of progress photos from our active Learning Zone jobsites in Huntsville, AL.

At Promenade Road, the transformer has been set, with permanent power expected this week. The transformer has also been set at Friendship Crossing, and the project remains on schedule for the tenant to begin setup in the coming weeks. At Zierdt Road, framing is underway and site work continues to move forward.
