Congratulations to my repeat client, year 2 or building his portfolio.

This is the quickest closing I’ve done in 23 yrs! With a 5 day escrow, a weekend, a holiday in between and a day delayed for seller tax adjustments we managed to close in 9 days. A little contract time and not bad.

Thanks to my transaction coordinator, Mary Kay who kept everything in line, signed and ready to go.
