🚨 Friendly Reminder 🚨

The second installment of your annual property tax bill becomes delinquent after 5PM on April 10th (TOMORROW!). Even one day late can result in a 10% penalty. So if you haven’t already, now’s the time to take care of it.

Especially for newer homeowners, it’s a great idea to set calendar reminders twice a year so this one doesn’t sneak up on you again (we know… not the most fun bill to pay 😅).

While you’re at it, here’s a quick tip that could save you money:
The Homeowner Exemption is available to eligible owners who occupy their home as their primary residence as of January 1 each year. If you don’t see this reflected on your tax bill, it’s worth looking into—call 1(888) 807-2111 or email [email protected] to check your status.
