May-hem was real this year! I’m incredibly thankful to be busy. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to help out so many clients this summer. I wanted to highlight a few recent experiences over the past few months:

I was able to help someone who had been having trouble selling her house since November. We met, set a strategy and got it under contract in less than 2 weeks! I’m not saying she said, “You’re the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with” but there’s an over 99.9% chance she did.

I had a client ask me to help facilitate an off market deal for them. I was honored to help and both sides had a great experience!

One of my clients had just signed a lease and was transferred out of state for his job. He called me to help him find a tenant to take over his lease. And we found one and get them moved in quickly.
