Reading this is just another confirmation, We ARE in END TIMES..Jesus speaks about this in Matthew 24:12, where He warns, “And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.” This illustrates how an increase in lawlessness leads to a diminishing of love and compassion among people, reflecting how hearts can become hardened through the influence of widespread sin and rebellion against God. And also when “Good is evil” and “Evil is perceived as Good”…

In Isaiah 5:20, it says, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” This verse powerfully encapsulates the moral confusion that can occur in society, reflecting a reversal of values where righteousness is vilified, and wickedness is celebrated.

As REALTORS®, we see California’s homeownership challenges firsthand. We work every day with people who want to buy a home
but are struggling with the down payment and a shortage of homes available to buy.
n Prop 37 tackles both challenges. It helps qualified middle-class Californians overcome the massive down payment while helping
spur construction of more new homes across California.
n For many Californians, the monthly mortgage payment isn’t the biggest hurdle — it’s saving enough for the down payment.
With California’s median home price at $930,000, a traditional 20% down payment is nearly $186,000. Prop 37 provides down
payment assistance that allows qualified buyers to purchase with as little as 3% down.
n Buyers and homes must meet eligibility requirements. Buyer must be a California resident and have a household income up to
200% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Buyers must also contribute at least 3% of the home’s purchase price, occupy the home as a
primary residence within 60 days of closing, and make monthly loan payments. The price of the home must not exceed 125% of FHFA
conforming loan limit ($1.5M cap) and the home must be eligible new construction.
n Prop 37 will help spur construction of new homes in California. Prop 37 financing is only available for the purchase of newly
constructed homes – not existing homes – helping to create demand for new construction and increase California’s housing supply by
an estimated 190,000 new homes.
n Prop 37 has no cost to taxpayers. Prop 37 is funded through revenue bonds financed by private investors — not taxpayer dollars.
Participating homeowners repay the bonds, not California taxpayers.
n Prop 37 includes strong accountability and consumer protections. The program will undergo independent annual audits to ensure
funds are being used properly. Homebuyers also receive protections including fixed-rate loans, limits on lender fees, protections
against unfair lending practices and bias, and no penalty for paying off their loan early.
n At its core, Prop 37 is about giving more working and middle-income Californians a fair shot at homeownership. Homeownership
helps families build stability and generational wealth, but that opportunity is becoming increasingly difficult to reach in California.
n That’s why C.A.R.sponsors Proposition 37. REALTORS® are advocates for homeownership, and we have an opportunity to use our
voices to help pass Prop 37 and expand homeownership opportunities in California.

In Ephesians 1:13-14 beautifully reassures us of the security we have in Christ. It says:

“In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the GUARANTEE of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.”

Your feelings of doubt are not uncommon, but remember that your trust in Jesus and the sealing of the Holy Spirit are assurances of your salvation. The Holy Spirit acts as a guarantee of your eternal inheritance. It is important to dwell on the truth of GOD’S WORD and continue nurturing your relationship with Him through prayer, reading scripture, and fellowship with other believers.

Rest in this promise, knowing that your earnest faith, repentance, and reliance on Christ FULLY affirm your standing before God. If doubts arise, bring them before the Lord in prayer and seek His comfort and clarity. You are loved and accepted in Him. Amen

Happy Anniversary to my Hubs of 40 years!! ❤️‍🔥🙌🏽✝️

On August 24, 1986 we said “I do” never knowing the beautiful memories and adventures God had in store for us.

Looking back at all these photos brings back so many precious memories, what a LIFE we’ve shared! I am so incredibly blessed to have spent these 40 years by your side!

Together we were blessed with two wonderful Sons,
Todd and Alex, and now five beautiful grandchildren who have brought more love and joy into our lives.

I thank God with every chance, with all
My heart for the life he’s blessed us with, and for the love we’ve shared for our family and for every moment along the way. Definitely life is at a slower pace now, which I love growing old with you..👵🏽👴
