Mark Kiker
Born and raised in the deep South, Mark was the kid who noticed intricate detail in crown moldings, mantels and hardwood floors. Houses of all different types of architecture, size and style have always fascinated him. After years of working in the corporate world, Mark found himself at a crossroads. It was time to follow a passion. It was time to start a career in real estate, and there was no looking back. The moth had met the flame. Mark doesn’t believe that houses are just bricks and boards. He believes they become an extension of their owners. Houses become homes. They are where we raise our families, where we entertain our friends. A home is where our children and grandchildren experience the smells and excitement of holiday gatherings. A home is where we build our memories. Mark is not only passionate about real estate, he is equally passionate about helping people. His favorite part of the real estate business is getting to know his clients. He listens. Listening is the key to selling or buying a home. Sellers can count on Mark to listen to their needs and advise them on pricing, staging and marketing their homes to sell as quickly as possible. Buyers can rely on him to listen to every detail of what they need in a home, and then dedicate himself to finding that home. Mark combines the knowledge, skills and discipline he learned from corporate America with his love of real estate. This makes him a real estate agent that buyers and sellers, both, can trust. Mark Kiker is a proud Nashvillian! He is privileged to share his love of Middle Tennessee with his clients, both long-time residents and new arrivals to the area. Mark is an active member of THE GREATER NASHVILLE ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, THE TENNESSEE ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. License #332041
