Congratulations to everyone involved. From the beginning, my sellers and I prayed for the most perfect buyers to purchase this home and care for it the way it had been cared for and loved by their family. Although it seemed like an eternity, God surely answered our prayers.
I am grateful the sellers chose me and trusted me throughout the entire process of marketing to securing a purchase agreement to closing today. Never once did our faith waiver as we knew it was in God's timing, not ours.

After 47 years of memories in this home, of loving this home, raising their children here, hosting unforgettable gatherings, and welcoming everyone with open arms, my sellers have officially closed the door to this chapter of their lives.

These two people have been a blessing in my life since the day I met them many years ago. With their kind, loving hearts, they welcomed me and my son into their lives without hesitation. I can’t recall a single moment when they didn’t have a smile on their face or a bit of sarcasm ready to make someone laugh.

I’m so grateful for every referral, every kind word, and every person who believes in me. Because of your support—and God’s provision—this sale became a reality. 🩷
This journey began with a simple Facebook post asking for a realtor in Florida. MANY people recommended me, and I’m forever grateful for each of you. After doing a little research to make sure this was a REAL person and not one of the 95% SCAM inquiries, I reached out. A phone call followed shortly after, and within minutes we realized we were basically twins in the personality department.
It wasn’t long before I was chosen to be their realtor—and even better, we quickly became great friends.
Despite all of us being very sick 🫩while touring 11 homes in one day, we made the absolute best of it. Honestly, it didn’t feel like work at all. I enjoyed every moment, even being chauffeured🚐 around. 😂😉
