I know in a world that seems to be in such chaos, with so many suffering from the choices of a very few, it can be hard to keep the faith in kindness and good. Pray for those in need. Pray for the blessings in our lives and do whatever you can big or small to make a difference. Just breathe. Take a few minutes out of each busy day and purposefully say one kind word and perform one kind act. Most of you do that anyway. It makes an impact on your heart and mind though, when you do it with purpose and gratitude that you're able.
