What a week it has been!! Working remotely hasn't stopped me from taking care of my clients back home. Thanks to my amazing friend, Michelle Foss, my buyers were still able to get in to see these houses and make big decisions! Closing Day. 🧡🎉🏡 This….this was a tough one. My buyers are rockstars….the lender was on her game…the sellers agent and her sellers were flexible and resilient. 9 weeks of back and forth negotiations, determination, research, hundreds of text messages and several delays later…everyone signed and can celebrate! Not all sales are smooth…and I learn the most from the most challenging ones. You have to stay the course in this business and earn the trust of everyone involved through transparency, integrity, and consistent and clear communication. No one can do it alone. Work as a team…and everyone wins. Big congratulations to my buyers who will soon be new residents of Maine. 🧡
