Well it's been a while since I've posted to this site. Just wanted to update anyone who might be wondering where the listings are. It seems in the last year or so, the market has been inundated with everyone and their sister's cousin trying their hand at flipping. This epidemic has lead to higher buy prices, and smaller margins, not to mention lots of substandard quality. I inspect these flips on a regular basis and have come to realize that the guys making money are the ones cutting corners and providing a "finished" product at a level I'm simply not comfortable with. Fortunately for them, buyers will continue to buy the lesser product. Unfortunately for the buyer, it wont be a FullScope Properties Reno. Dont get me wrong, there are some quality flippers out there. Few and far between but they are out there, and if they are not paying crews to do all the work, perhaps the payoff is worth it to them.
What ever the case, for me , I needed to shift gears.
That's not to say I will never reno another property, just not at the frequency it was before. When a homerun crosses my path, I will act. Between those, the company has shifted gears to residential and commercial rentals.
