Just published: Cape Cod's Real Estate Reckoning

After closing $2.1M in real estate this year, I'm seeing something I've never seen before: new buyer leads have completely dried up.

Meanwhile, inventory is surging (up 76% for condos), days on market are extending, and towns like Wellfleet (-2.4%) and Truro (-2.2%) are in negative territory for the first time in years.
