Let My Experience Be Your Guide! Jo Ann is a lifelong resident of Putnam County and has been a full time, Licensed Associate Broker since 1989. Before her real estate career Jo Ann earned a B.S. in Secondary Education and was a substitute teacher and teacher in the Carmel School System. Her professional manner, personal attention and years of experience ensures a successful real estate transaction. JoAnn is a member of the NYS Associaton of Realtors (NYSAR), the Natonal Association of Realtors (NAR), the Mid Hudson Multiple Listing Service, and the Westchester Putnam Multiple Listing Service (EAMLS).
