Happy Closing Day! 🎉🏡

This adorable little house went under contract on day one… and sometimes that happens because the moment you see a new listing, you just know the right potential buyer. ❤️

Finding the perfect home for my buyer’s needs was the easy part. We had a few hurdles to work through after that, but everyone hung in there, stayed patient, and 65 days later — we are officially closed! 🙌

I’m so happy for my sellers, and just as happy for my buyer. This sweet little HOME is going to give her a place to lay her head at night and keep her off the roads so much as she drives back and forth to work.

Grateful for all involved and thankful to see this one make it to the closing table! 🏡✨

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a more excited buyer at the closing table! He literally picked our little town on a map.. came for one visit.. we looked at two properties and drove around town a bit!.. He went back to Atlanta and packed up! He’s ready for a slower pace, less traffic, new faces, a fresh start, and apparently very excited about Whataburger too! 😂❤️

There is just something special about watching someone fall in love with our little corner of the world before they’ve even fully settled in. I’m so excited for him and all that’s ahead as he makes Brewton home!

And I’m happy for my Seller too! Another beautiful remodel by his crew, and now a brand-new owner gets to enjoy all of their hard work.

Happy Closing Day! 🏡✨ This one was a special one… not just one home, but a set of six rental houses changing hands.
I was so thankful to represent both the Buyer and the Seller, and this one meant even more because they are both repeat customers.
There is no greater compliment than someone trusting you again, and I truly don’t take that for granted🫶🏼!

This one was truly one for the books.

With a little teamwork, a whole lot of creativity, plenty of patience, and what felt like plans A, B, C, and D all rolled into one… we finally got it done! 🙌

Some closings are smooth sailing, and some take extra problem-solving, extra communication, and the right people staying committed until the very end. I’m so thankful we had the kind of team on this one that didn’t give up when things got tricky.
