The Board of Trustees is considering zoning changes in the Station Plaza neighborhood (SP-N Zoning District). We heard you back in June of 2024 at our last community Engagement “pop-up”: you’ll see lower density for new development, modest building heights, a variety of housing options, and preservation of parking, while encouraging commercial, mixed-use buildings and adaptive re-use where it makes sense.
