To our valued clients and future clients: effective at 8 pm tomorrow, Sunday, March 22, the state of New York has prohibited brokers from holding open houses, meeting clients to show properties, or meeting clients in our office. That’s what we cannot do.
Here’s what we CAN do:
We can speak to you remotely, send you 3D tours that we plan on creating for ALL of our company listings, refer you to a great mortgage source for pre approval, refer you to a fantastic home inspector to explain how that process will work when we get back to normal, refer you to a dynamite real estate attorney, and, any other related professional. We will, in short, prepare you so well for the largest transaction of your life that we will hit the ground running together after this pandemic and you’ll be superbly prepared to buy or sell or both.
We will also explore using this platform to host online presentations to prepare you for the entire process in simple, fun, and super informative modules so that our clients will be best prepared for the market re-opening.
Abraham Lincoln said that if he had 8 hours to chop down a tree that he’d spend 6 of those hours sharpening his axe. We intend to source the same preparation for the best clients in the world.
