It's not always the right time to buy a house. This young man and I first talked several years ago. It wasn't meant to be at that time. Fast forward 2 years, he reached out again, ready to find his wife and daughter their first home. Thanks to Brooke Breaux and Raven Burch, he was approved quickly. The house he wanted didn't accept our offer, but several days later that agent reached out and everything worked out for them to become homeowners today!!! Congratulations Riley Williamson! I hope y'all make many wonderful memories there!
