This one will forever hold a special place in my heart. What started out as some strangers meeting to sell a house, turned into becoming a family.

This house was loved on for 25 years!! They put their heart and soul into this home and backyard and that is exactly what caught the buyer's eyes when searching for a new home for him!

We all pulled together (buyer included) and did the needed repairs to make it work for the FHA loan. I had to put my paint clothes back on and bring dad out of retirement to paint trim and install some boards at the bottom of the detached garage. The buyer stepped up and helped repair the barn roof and some rafters. When I say this one took everyone, I mean everyone!! Three days before closing I had to bring in the experts to install smoke detectors in the bedrooms!!

I am FOREVER grateful for the opportunity I had to meet these clients and sell their home within the time frame they needed it to be done!
