Engineer…. Builder…. Broker

Matching the right house with the right owner – that's what it's all about. Tom has actively owned, built and managed residential properties in the area for more than 30 years. With a keen interest in residential construction and a formal education in engineering, Tom brings a unique and practical skillset to each property negotiation. Intent on providing the best possible customer service for his clients, Tom is knowledge-driven and totally client-focused. Equally comfortable in the office and at building sites, Tom is adept at fielding and solving a broad range of property issues as they occur. Here is what some of his clients have to say: "As a busy executive with limited time, Tom was the perfect fit broker." There is absolutely no other broker I would ever consider using! Tom gets my unequivocal and highest recommendation. Tom possesses an impressive knowledge of the area as well as invaluable expertise on build quality, engineering, and other intangibles I wouldn't even think to consider before purchasing a home. His style is no-pressure and he took the time to really learn what was important to me in a home. He made me feel at ease during the entire process and I completely trust him when it comes to evaluating a home. "Tom's background in house building/development, his local knowledge of the best contractors, his balanced assessment of the house construction…helped us make an analytical framework to assess the pros/cons of the various properties we saw (which was over 50 across every community in the Hamptons)." "Ultimately, we believe Tom's advice helped us make a sound investment that our family will value for many years. We highly recommend Tom as he makes the whole transaction seamless and makes you a smarter buyer." "His local knowledge of the area was second to none in my years of working with brokers." "Tom truly went above and beyond (I mean really did!) and aligned the various parties whether other brokers, lawyers, inspectors, etc. far more effectively than I could have myself. I can honestly say that Tom is a rare broker who combines strong competence in all the necessary areas with a sincere and patient approach to clients." "I was fortunate to be introduced to Tom. He truly made the difference. Important to note that even through negotiations, he maintained decorum, and the appropriate temperament, which resulted in the right deal all around."
