That has a fantastic location! We're located in the old Nixon mobile home park on Rt.73 between Bridgeport and Fairmont. It's an easy drive to anywhere in Fairmont, Bridgeport, Clarksburg, or Shinnston. Out in the country. Quiet living but close to everywhere. We've been cleaning up the old park. New underground utilities are going in. New spaces. Freshly graveled roads. Experienced, caring manage

ment. We're willing to stop by, say Hi and just talk to our tenants. We listen to and address your concerns. We want our residents input on how to make this a great place to live. We offer online payments and background checks. We offer convenience and a safe, quiet place to live. So you're probably saying, sounds nice, how much? For mobile home spaces lot rent is 200/month. With a month to month lease. You're responsible for your own utilities. This allows you to have control over your own expenses. We do provide a large dumpster for your trash service. That's included. For camper spaces it's 500/month. With campers your water, sewage, garbage and electric are included. Cable and internet are available. Since many of our campers are only there for a few months. It would be a nightmare to continually get utilities hooked up and shut off. We have nice big grassy lots. Over 8 acres of space to roam. A nice creek side setting. Peace and Quiet. We're located inside the Bridgeport School district. Close to jobs, schools, shopping and entertainment. We allow pets with conditions. Interested? Questions? contact us. Willow Creek is being purchased by another company. Unfortunately, this means it will no longer be a mobile home park. There will be homes listed here soon. They will be for sale but all of them must be moved out of the park.
