Happy Closing Day 🤍🏡

A bittersweet goodbye for my sellers today. 🥹 I had the privilege of representing my best friends as they sold their first home. This home holds so many memories, and while saying goodbye is never easy, they have such excited plans ahead. I’m incredibly thankful they trusted me to help them through such a big milestone. 🤍

📊 April Real Estate Recap | Bridgeport, WV

Spring is in full swing and the Bridgeport market is giving us a lot to talk about. More homes are available, buyers have options, and the data is telling an interesting story heading into the warmer months.

20 active listings are currently available, 13 homes sold in April with an average sale price of $327,601 and an average of 71 days on market.

Compared to March, when 15 homes sold at an average of $341,799 in 63 days, homes are taking a bit longer to find their buyer and prices have adjusted slightly.

For Sellers 🏡
The market still has activity but it rewards preparation. Homes that are priced well and show beautifully are closing. The ones that are not are sitting. Strategy and presentation are everything right now.
