3/3 closings for today. This was another lender save by Shea Peck with the Halvorsen Team - NEO Home Loans! The buyers’ original lender said they could not do the loan because it was not zoned “residential”. It is in fact “mixed use”. I have successfully closed one just up the street with Shea and recommended the buyers’ agent have a conversation with her. Well, Shea was able to do it with class and style! All are happy!!

2/3 closing for the day. This is definitely one for the books! Auction house not sold at auction, can still be sold straight out, but same rules apply as an auction. Several appraisal requirements had to be met or escrowed. Literally, the absolute perfect team was lined up for this to be pulled off! hey_shea_shea Halvorsen Team - NEO Home Loans knocked this out of the park! Thank you tiffany1445 for trusting me!
