We're not in school anymore. If you're a grown woman who's still gossiping, being petty, and tearing other women down instead of cheering them on, you've got some serious growing to do. Because high school energy should have ended when you got your diploma but here you are, years later, still acting like your purpose in life is to compete with, criticize, and compare yourself to other women. It's exhausting to watch and even more exhausting to be around.
Real women build each other up. Real women celebrate another woman's glow without feeling dimmed by it. Real women share opportunities, share resources, and share love because they understand there's enough success for everybody. But the ones still stuck in gossip, still rolling their eyes at women doing better than them, still whispering behind backs instead of speaking to faces, they haven't matured past sixteen.
Growth means outgrowing the need to tear others down to feel better about yourself. So check your energy. If you're still acting like a mean girl in grown woman clothes, it's time to level up. The world needs more women supporting women, not more women stuck in behavior they should have outgrown a decade ago.
