Today was a busy but exciting day! Not one but two closings 🙌🏻

The first closing of the day was for Mary Dean, Realtor and I’s listing. We hit a few bumps in the road, but thanks to Blaise and Dan from Nation One Mortgage Corporation we made it to the closing table. Huge congratulations to our investors on adding another successful flip to their portfolio! 👏🏻

The second closing was extra special for me. I had the pleasure of helping a very sweet family (who have become friends along the way) close on the sale of their home as they move forward in building their forever home.🏡
