Despite the lingering fear in some consumers that home values may experience a dip in the coming year, experts in the field predict the opposite to be true. On average, Pittsburgh homes have seen appreciation of around 4% year-over-year. As mortgage rates begin to decline and buyer demand increases in the market, strong pressure will be placed on prices similar to that of the early 2023 Market.
