Today we are proud to present a video after a long time in the making. When we started Coastal Run in 2020, we dreamed of bringing the best in active adult living to the community. Leasing rather than buying was a new concept and quite different than traditional home ownership. But now, after hundreds of happy residents and speaking with 10s of 1000s of prospects, we have created a full-length educational video answering the common question, "Should I buy or lease a home after 55?" We enjoyed making it and have decided to create a full online educational series on "Leasing vs. Buying for the Active Adult." Enjoy and share with your friends!

Last weekend the town of Bridgeville hosted their Annual Apple Scrapple Festival. We were there in support of the festival as a vendor and enjoyed talking and mingling with locals and visitors.

We just love it when our residents participate in community events. Our resident here participated in the Heritage Shores Breast Cancer Awareness Walk. She showed some pink pride and we are proud with her!
