Yes!! But why? 🤔

The final walkthrough is an opportunity for you and your real estate agent (Me 😉 ) to spend a few hours looking over the place—room by room, inside and out—to check that everything works as it should before you sign the paperwork on closing day.

Be sure to:
✔️ Confirm that the seller made agreed-upon repairs.

Also check that no new issues have cropped up since the home inspection.

✔️ Check that the utilities (water, electricity, and gas) are all on.

✔️ Run major appliances like the washing machine and dishwasher to ensure that they work and don’t cause any leaks.

And don’t worry — I’ll be there to walk you through every step of the final walkthrough so you feel confident and supported before closing day

Minimalist May is in full swing over here and let me tell you… it feels so good to let go of things I was lowkey holding onto for no reason 😅

Here are 5 things I decluttered this week—and shocker, I haven’t missed a single one:

1 – That random drawer full of cords I might need “someday”
2 – Half-empty candles I swear I was going to use up
3 – Expired pantry items from 2024 (yikes)
4 – A stack of mail I was pretending wasn’t there
5 – Home decor that just didn’t match my vibe anymore

Less stuff. More space. Better energy.
