Hello folks! It’s been a minute since we posted here.... but let’s just say, “whew, what a market!”

Staging is still a valuable resource. Like a lot of things, the DIY era ushered in DIY staging, with lots of very accessible ideas to stage your home for sale. And we’re actually all for it!

That said, a very valuable, yet very affordable, tool has fallen by the way side. CONSULTATIONS. A consult combines DIY with unbiased suggestions to give your home the most appeal to any prospective buyer. We’d love to help you with that part😊

We’ll leave you with one tip: living room furniture does not necessarily belong against the wall. 😉🤔

Digital photos of your home will be on your agent's site. This is a great way to show the most appealing views of your home. I will be sharing some photo "do's and don'ts" this month. First Don't: Don't allow them to photograph your bathroom with the toilet lid up. Do close the lid and remove all items from top of tank!

While driving around last week looking at the beautiful holiday decor/lights, I noticed so many "Price Reduced" signs. I wondered if the seller or the realtor considered a home staging consult (under $100) before taking a $5,000+ price reduction.
