Bamboozled!
This was a very satisfying project & with the help & vision from the homeowners, this project came out spectacular! What a transformation from the Bamboo riddled & old foundation & junk filled mess that it started out as. I wish I had taken more pics so as to grasp the full effect of this transformation.

Yard leveling project.
Here we have a good sized yard, about 1.5 acres, thats full of dips, large holes & uneven ground. The customer wanted to make it more user friendly for company and activities like volleyball. 72 yards of fill sand, 42 yards of loam and 75 pounds of seed to complete this fun project.

Phase 3 of 3. So here we have the last phase of the house additions & now, the main house rebuild. After the builder started the front addition, some discoveries were unmasked. After some deliberation the decision was made to demolish the main house & renew it as well. At least this time, I did a better job of photo documentation. Shawn & Nikki, the homeowners will now have essentially a brand new home that will give them years of enjoyment & worry free living. This was quite a journey from the beginning to this point. Everything came out wonderfully thanks to all the minds & bodies involved in the process. McKae & crew of Western Maine Carpentry did an amazing job making all the building construction come together. Tim Barry of Tim Barry Concrete Foundations & crew sure did have a few challenges along the way and knocked it out of the park with a very solid foundation & floor system that will last for years to come! I had a lot of fun on this project too! Thank you Shawn Reagan, for the opportunity to do my part in your home project!

Phase 2 of 3. Here is the second phase of this project. I didn't get as many photos as I normally would. Sometimes you just get so focused on the task that you forget about the documentation. Hey Shawn Reagan & Western Maine Carpentry, feel free to add anything you'd like to see in here. Again, great work from all who made up the that made it all happen, Western Maine Carpentry & Tim Barry Concrete Foundations & of course Shawn Reagan the homeowner. I wish I had a whole team of ground men like Shawn!
Edit / Update: Shawn has bailed me out with some updated pics. Thanks Shawn!!

Phase one of three! This was a cool project. Some head scratchin & creativity was involved. This is a 3 part project starting here. Shout out to those involved in making it all happen & come together. Starting with Shawn Reagan, homeowner who was very involved, especially physically which was an immense help! Tim Barry of Tim Barry Concrete Foundations. Tim is a master at his trade & also got very creative in making everything come together as you will see throughout these three phases. As we all know, your foundation in which everything is built off from has to be spot on & sound, Tim nailed it! McKae Curran, of Western Maine Carpentry Headed up the building process. McKae had his share of obstacles to sort through. In the end, the finished product came out fantastic! Rolfe Corporation, thanks to Rex & Spencer for supplying the materials needed in the ground work for this project. Everett McCabe of McCabe logging and tree service for getting all the unwanted & hazardous trees on the ground safely.

Roadway/driveway repair. Again, I failed to get some good before pics. This is a 800+ ft run. It hasn't had any serious maintenance in a good number of years. There were lots of deep ruts, washouts, tons of brush & trees encroaching. Ground everything out flat, cut new ditches & water runoffs. The mid landing was very grown in to where you couldn't see the concrete slab under it. There were quite a few larger rocks to dig out as well. Customer was very pleased with the finished result.
