JUST CLOSED | 401 37th St. S #5, Brigantine 🌊

Sometimes a "simple" condo sale is anything but.
This transaction included countless inspections, a mold inspection despite no evidence of mold, multiple repair requests despite no evidence of malfunctioning, contractor reports, HOA coordination, and enough emails to fill a small novel.

There was also an attorney review deadline that came and went by, unnoticed by the attorney involved from the other side. Once that window closed, the contract stood as written. Yet the process became increasingly consumed by additional inspections, requests, and negotiations that extended the transaction far beyond what anyone anticipated.

Through it all, we stayed focused on facts, solved every issue presented, kept both parties moving forward, and ultimately made it to the closing table.

Because that's what good real estate professionals do. We don't create drama—we solve it.
