Features a private dock with a boat slip ready for swimming, fishing, crabbing, clamming, boating, kayaking or paddle boarding directly from your backyard. Relax in the private sunroom, patio or deck sipping coffee and reading. Watch beautiful sunsets over

the bay that transition to a view of the Atlantic City skyline lit up at night. The main level features 2 bedrooms (BR4: queen and BR5: twin XL with twin trundle), a full bathroom, living room, kitchen, sunroom and laundry room. The second level features 3 bedrooms (BR1: queen, BR2: full, BR3: twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle) and two full bathrooms. Linens and towels are provided -- just bring your own beach towels. Hairdryers in each bathroom. Two-zone central air conditioning. Ceiling fans. Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Master bedroom is huge and has a private sitting area. Dining area seats 6-10 people depending on the number of leaves used in the table. Sunroom also has an outdoor dining table. Your vacation home includes:

* Outside smoking on decks/patio is permissible. Please be mindful of the environment and do not throw cigarette butts in the bay or yard.
* Check-in at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am.
