🎉 Congratulations to my client and friend on TWO exciting milestones! 🏡🔑

The last couple of months have definitely been a roller coaster, with plenty of twists, turns, and moments of uncertainty — but we made it to the finish line! And I couldn’t be happier that both his home sale AND his new home purchase happily closed this week. ❤️

Buying and selling a home at the same time can be a lot to navigate, and I’m incredibly grateful that he trusted me to help guide him through both of these big transactions.

Thank you for your trust, your patience, and for choosing me to be your real estate agent through such an important transition. It was truly a pleasure being part of your journey, and I’m so excited for this next chapter!

Congratulations and enjoy your new home! 🥂🏡🔑
