Debbie had stepped in to help us with the buying process while our main realtor Adam was out of town. She walked us through the process of putting in an offer and did everything in her power to make sure we felt confident in our purchase. Even after our realtor returned Debbie continued to work along side with us and our realtor until and even after closing on our first house. The response time of Debbie and her team is unbelievable! They are always available and so easy to work with. They helped us find our beautiful home, and helped us understand the confusing paperwork that comes along with buying a home!

We had an agreement for the previous seller put a new roof on our home before closing, but after 3 weeks of completion the dumpster was still sitting in the side yard. We contacted Debbie she was very quick to help and solve the problem of getting the dumpster out of the yard. Months later our furnace went put we post it on Facebook of our unfortunate situation and Debbie was quick to respond seeing what she could do to help. Her job is not done after all the paperwork is signed she continuously has been helpful and we are so grateful to have a realtor like her!! KB-Wayne county
