As many of you know real estate business was made part of phase II re-opening.
An update to all my current and future clients: it is NOT business as usual. We will be taking safety measures to ensure we continue to remain healthy and safe. Any meetings and form signing that can be done virtually, will be. A quick but thorough health questionnaire must be filled out prior to any showings of homes. Per NYS recommendation I ask that we limit showings to immediate buyers only.

3 days 3 offers and SOLD! Does your listing agent show your home or do they leave it up to the buyers agent? There is a great advantage to having your agent attend showings. After all, I know more about the home than the small paragraph in the MLS.
