Lil long - yet a good read. If your still curious after, run a browser search about Zillow and real estate agents. Two of my clients were approached by Zillow Offers. One chose to accept their offer the other did not. Good for some, not good for all. Either way good awareness in this article.

Zillow’s iBuying service, Zillow Offers, is shutting down, which is forcing the company to offload hundreds of homes in Colorado’s real estate market.

This has been a hot topic in the agent arena for a while. Some of the general public has had exposure also. Two of my recent clients were approached by “Zillow Offers”, one choosing to proceed with them, the other did not. Good for some, not a good fit for all.
