I am so happy to be living and working in Colorado after spending a year in Houston with my elderly mother. I enjoyed my family in Texas and, I am glad to be back in Colorado with my friends !!!! I look foward to hearing from all you good folks in Colorado !!! Ben

Most of the time, as I think about buyers and sellers of homes, I wonder how the new chapter of their lives have changed............could be new great neighbors, could be the beauty of trees in the yard and nearby yards or, the beginning of making new (even lifelong) friends on the block, being proud of your new home, and smile in a big way !! I always wonder (and I wish a good life for all of those making a "location transition" !!! Yippee Buyers, Yippee Sellers !!!! Ben
