Have you ever wondered why some roads are called a Street, while others are an Avenue, Boulevard, Court, or Drive? Apparently, there’s supposed to be a method to the madness! 😂

📍 Court — Usually a dead end
🌙 Crescent — A curved road
🌳 Boulevard — Wide, often landscaped
↔️ Avenue — Traditionally runs East & West
↕️ Street — Traditionally runs North & South
🛣️ Drive — Often scenic or winding
🏘️ Alley — Typically rear/garage access

Now… does every Michigan road actually follow these rules? Absolutely not. 😂 But it’s a fun little piece of real estate trivia!

After an out-of-state job took our friends away from Michigan for a while, they’re officially COMING HOME! 🥹🙌 And I couldn’t be more excited that I got to be a part of making it happen.
