Happy GF Tip Tuesday! A Blast From the Past...

🍌🍌🍌 Happy GF Tip Tuesday in Banana Fashion everyone! Aged bananas I had in my house this week so instead of throwing out, I made some Banana Muffins. Yummy! I pulled out my trusted Betty Crocker cookbook and began baking. I substituted the gluten flour with my finely ground rice flour one for one with the addition of the xanthan gum (one teaspoon per cup of flour). This acts as the glue for the recipe preventing crumbling from occurring. 🙃🙃🙃 Nolan I would say is GOING BANANAS for them with five already devoured for the day. Yay!
